We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay. The electricity has to be paid by the guest by cash or pay with the airbnb resolution at the departure time. Guests who book our taxi service will not be subject to the late check-in fee. ***Alternative Transportation*** If you've already arranged your transportation or have a rental car, you are welcome to proceed with your own plans. However, there is a late-night arrival fee of $40 for arrivals between 11:00PM and 7:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with late-night check-ins, including staff availability and security measures.
