Good to know

Pearl House is in a gated community and is an excellent place to stay. It’s just at two minutes to the beach driving in Perla Marina. It has a big yard, a nice pool, confortable rooms. Our kitchen is full equipment.

Perla Marina is a Gated community, we have security at the entrance, there you can find some restaurants and a mini market that also has delivery. The beach is only 2 minutes away from our property. Perla Marina is a gated community and quiet neighborhood.

Guest Access

Laundry and garage are not available because we have personal stuffs. The yard and pool are private for our guest.

We had a wonderful time at Pearl House. It was bigger in person and we were able to fit everybody comfortably. It’s in a gated community with security and is within 5 mins of a quiet beach. The home was also very clean & the bathrooms were spotless. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful house with a great location. Very safe and quiet area. Very short walk to the beach. The house was clean and very accommodating for a large group. The pool outside was perfect for kids and adults. The hosts were easy to contact and great with the instructions in checking in. Pizza place cafe was a nice easy 4 min walk from the house where we grabbed food. Definitely will be going back again

Después de una mala experiencia en un lugar que reservé con anticipación y después que llegamos era algo muy diferente no nos pudimos quedar encontré este lugar el mismo día la verdad es muy bonito y tranquilo lo único es que a pesar de que tienen lugar de sobra para una área de lavado no la tienen tuve que regresar a USA con todas las ropas sucias y el mueble de la sala que cuenta como una cama no se puede dormir porque es muy caliente y no tienen aire en esa parte de la casa mi niño trato de dormir y el calor y un sapo y unas cucarachas muy grandes no los dejaron dormir y se fue a mi cama pero después todo estuvo muy bien quizás no regrese de nuevo por lo de la lavadora y secadora pienso que por lo que uno paga ahí deberían de tener ese servicio pero es igual como las fotos muy bonito y limpio la piscina siempre estaba tibia súper rica mis hijos y yo los disfrutamos mucho
