Please note that one bathroom does not have hot water, and while all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, the living room remains without. Additionally, electricity is not included in the stay, ensuring you have full control over your usage. (ELECTRICITY NOT INCLUDED) It's important to note that electricity is not included in the price. This means that you will be responsible for paying for your own electricity usage during your stay. To determine the cost of your electricity usage, you will typically be given an initial credit upon arrival. You can then use electricity as needed, and the cost will be deducted from this credit. Guests who book our taxi service will not be subject to the late check-in fee. ***Alternative Transportation*** If you've already arranged your transportation or have a rental car, you are welcome to proceed with your own plans. However, there is a late-night arrival fee of $40 for arrivals between 11:00PM and 7:00 AM. This fee helps cover the additional costs associated with late-night check-ins, including staff availability and security measures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy is in place to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests.
